Our client is looking for a Reception and Mailroom Clerk to work in their busy Calgary office
- One-year of previous office experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or similar would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A team player that is willing to assist in various roles including, reception, and the mail room
- Answering, screening and directing calls
- Greeting clients in a welcoming and professional manner
- Processing, sorting and distributing mail and office supplies
- Assisting in the copy centre as required and performing various functions including, scanning, copying, binding etc.
- Meeting room scheduling
- Performing day to day administrative support tasks
